Nikolaos N. Tsiaparas received the degree of Mathematics from the University of Crete, Greece, in 2002, the M.Sc. degree in Advanced Photonics and Communications from the University of Warwick, UK, in 2003 and the M.Sc. degree on Biomedical Engineering from the University of Patras, Greece, in 2006. In 2016 he obtained the Ph.D. degree on Biomedical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). His research interests include biomedical image and signal processing focused on wavelet, ridgelet and curvelet transforms. He also works at IRI, inc as statistical analyst and he is an external consultant at Phaze Clinical S.A. He is an expert user in MATLAB, R, SPSS and SAS.
