Konstantina Nikita has been featured in the “Mediterranean Faces of Science”, an exhibition on women scientists, produced by the Seneca Foundation – Science and Technology Agency of the Region of Murcia, Spain, within the framework of MEDNIGHT – Mediterranean Researchers’ Night.

The exhibition aims at giving a current image of Mediterranean science by shedding light on new, fresh, different and contemporary faces; faces of distinguished women who stand out in their field and have received major national and international awards for their contributions, including nobel prize winners; women who live very different personal, cultural and professional circumstances, but all of them with a common element that connects them: the Mare Nostrum.

The exhibition is available online and is currently being shown in several locations in Spain, Greece, Italy and Cyprus. It will also be presented by the Seneca Foundation in Murcia on September 24, 2021, within the framework of the Mediterranean Researchers´ Night.
